9.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Broomfield, Colorado, and the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
